oceanic dream start 2011 is governed by the following terms and conditions.

• Tuition fee waivers are available only in the participating institutions and in the courses nominated by these institutions and for the specific course start dates only.
• Oceanic Consultants reserves the right to wholly or partly modify the program.
• Oceanic Consultants also reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions here in its absolute discretion and without prior notice to participants.
• In case this program comes in conflict with any rule, regulation or order of any statutory authority, then Oceanic Consultants has absolute authority and right to modify or cancel this program to give effect to the said requirements.
• Information supplied by participants for entering the program may be used by Oceanic Consultants or its service establishments for administrative or marketing purposes.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or body or any other participating establishment which may arise of accrue otherwise as a result of this program shall be borne by the participant.
• Terms and conditions stated herein do not amount to any commitment or representation by Oceanic Consultants to conduct such programs.
• The decision regarding the award offered under the program will be at the sole discretion of Oceanic Consultants and is liable to change without notice.
• Oceanic Consultants decision on awarding the tuition fee waiver will be final, conclusive and binding on participants and will not be liable to be disputed or questions.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, with a third party shall not constitute a claim against Oceanic Consultants.
• Any disputes arising out of this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh only.
• The terms and conditions of the program shall be governed by the provisions of Indian law.
• Students must meet the course requirements on ongoing basis to receive the tuition fee waiver.
• Students failing subjects may be liable to pay the additional fee for the failed subjects.
• The fee waiver is valid for the duration of the course in which the applicant has enrolled
• If the student withdraws from the course or changes the course the fee waiver will no longer be valid and student would be required to refund the fee waived by the respective institution.
• Winners must agree to participate in associated promotional activities conducted by Oceanic Consultants and awarding institutions at no cost within 5 years from the date awards are announced. This participating including but is not limited to the use of the winner’s image, voice and written comments at no cost. Oceanic Consultants has full rights to award the fee waiver to any candidate that it deems suitable.
